These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Songy app.

By accessing this app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Songy if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this app and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of by. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Songy will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

• You can't sell, rent, or lend the app to others.
• You can't change or modify the app in any way.
• You can't use the app to create your own apps or software.

Subscription Terms

Songy is accessible for free download and usage, and we guarantee that our fundamental features will always remain free of charge. However, for those who wish to fully explore the capabilities of Songy, we propose optional flexible subscription packages. The costs are clearly delineated within the app.

Here are some key points about the automatic renewal aspect of the Premium Subscription:

• Upon purchase confirmation, your AppStore / Google Play Store Account will be charged.
• The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the existing subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Account Settings in the iTunes/Google Play Store.
• If you decide to utilize our free trial, bear in mind that any unused part of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to the service, if applicable.

If you opt not to subscribe, you can still continue to enjoy the complimentary features of Songy with no obligations.

Return and Refund Policy
